When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CST are shipped within 24 hours
from our facility. If you are in a rush, we will do our best to get your
order to your door as soon as possible.
How do your products differ from your competitors?
All materials coming into our warehouse are sorted and separated by
grade, size, and quality. What you pay for is what you get from the top
of the box to the bottom. Not only do we carry a full line of standard
grease rags; we specialize in providing our customers with premium wipers
for any and all specialty purposes they may have. Our warehouse is stocked
with hundreds of thousands of pounds of wipers and thousands of cases of
paper and non-woven wipers, so that we can provide our customers with the
same products time and time again. We take extreme pride in our superior
customer service and are dedicated to making our customers happy.
What products do you offer besides cloth wiping rags
or paper and non-woven wipers?
In addition to our fine of cloth wiping rags, and paper and non-woven
wipers, American Wiper & Supply Co. stocks a full line of restroom
paper from Kimberly Clark and Wisconsin Tissue, industrial hand cleaners,
as well as spffl control products such as pads, socks, pillows, and booms.
We also carry cleanroom wipes for all applications.
Do you launder the wiping rags you sell?
Unlike a rental service that launders wipers, we are a disposable wiping
cloth company. When you purchase a product from us, you own that product.
You do not have to sign a contract to use our products, and there is no
risk that the wipers you receive were at some point used as a rag by another
company. A recent study conducted under contract with the EPA concludes
that recycled textile wipers have less of an environmental impact than
those that are rented from laundries. Feel free to contact us for more

How do I determine which wiper I need?
Before you place an order, we are happy to send you samples of the
products that you are interested in. This way you can touch and use the
wiper before you purchase it.
What are your forms of payment?
We accept major credit cards including, MasterCard and Visa. You may
also send us a check in advance or place your order on a C.O.D. basis.
Upon completion of a credit application, we will be happy to bill you for
100 pound orders or greater with terms of net 30 days.
Is there a minimum order required?
The minimum order for C.O.D., credit card, or pay in advance payment
is 50 pounds of rags, 1 case of our prepackaged items, or 5 dozen towels.
In order to be billed, you must buy 100 pounds of rags, 2 cases of our
prepackaged products, or any combination.
